New Jersey Water Association director to get EPA honor

The executive director of the New Jersey Water Association, Richard P. Howlett, has been named by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to receive the agency’s annual Environmental Quality Award on April 27 in New York with other individuals and groups from across the region.
